1. General
Unlocked Amsterdam, part of Thegebcompany, acts as an intermediary between customers and activity providers in Amsterdam.
By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received
- You are responsible for providing accurate information
3. Prices
- Prices are per person unless stated otherwise
- Prices may vary depending on group size and availability
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
4. Payments
- Payment must be made in full or as agreed before the activity
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the activity:
- Most activities: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before
- Some activities: Up to 30 days cancellation policy applies
After these deadlines:
- No refunds will be issued
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Changes
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability
- We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes
7. Liability
- Unlocked Amsterdam is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses during activities
- Responsibility lies with the activity provider
- Participation is at your own risk
8. Conduct
- Customers must behave responsibly during activities
- Providers may refuse entry or service in case of inappropriate behavior
- No refund will be given in such cases
9. Alcohol & Age Restrictions
- Some activities involve alcohol consumption
- You must meet the legal age requirements (18+)
- Valid ID may be required
10. Delays & No-Shows
- Late arrivals may result in missed activities
- No refunds for no-shows
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond our control
12. Third-Party Services
We act as a booking intermediary.
The actual service is provided by third-party partners.
